Nova Terra Capital is a UK-based real estate investment platform with a 20-year track record in executing value-add and opportunistic strategies across land and built assets. We act as principal — often alongside institutional co-investors — to acquire, structure, and reposition real estate where value can be unlocked through planning, remediation, or active asset management. We are not a consultancy.

Our experience spans multiple sectors including strategic land, infra-real estate, retail repurposing and industrial sale and leasebacks. We focus on situations characterised by complexity, where regulatory, environmental, or structural constraints present barriers to conventional capital — and opportunity for informed, long-term investors.
